Case closed

So I am officially done with Union.  I am breathing such a huge sigh of relief.  That bank was such a poorly run company, and I'm glad to be starting a new journey.  I had pretty much mentally checked out as soon as I gave my 2 weeks.  I spent the time deleting emails, packing "the box", and twiddling my thumbs. I had a lovely dinner at El Patron on my last day.  I will definitely miss the people and awesome customers, but I won't miss the jerking back and forth, constant technical issues, and CRAZY customers.  I will be so happy to be in a cubicle without having customers look at me all day long.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow.  People keep asking me "are you nervous"?  Honestly, not really.  I feel like I should because that is the number one question, but to be honest, I am so excited.  I will be working for an awesome company who cares about its employees.  I will no longer have to wear suits or closed-toed shoes.  I won't have to work Saturdays.  I won't have a "schedule".  So yes, I am so excited.  Peace out, banking world.  I won't really miss you.  I can't wait to see what this chapter brings.  Wish me luck!
